An industry-leading team
Trade-qualified installers who lay stone to tolerance inside airport terminals and Sydney's most demanding builds. Our own crews, never subcontractors.
Twenty-six years laying tile and stone through No 1 Martin Place, T1 International and the MLC Centre. The same hands, and the same tolerances. Only now it's your home.
Premium commercial tile fixing expertise.
Beautiful tile in the wrong hands cracks, lips, sounds hollow or sits badly forever. It is the one part of a renovation you cannot fix without ripping it out. That is why homeowners hand the risk to us.
Trade-qualified installers who lay stone to tolerance inside airport terminals and Sydney's most demanding builds. Our own crews, never subcontractors.
Anyone can cover a floor. We set out from the sightline you actually stand in, so cuts land where they should and the pattern reads as drawn.
Level lippage, aligned grout lines, silicone you'd photograph. The details nobody names are the ones that make a room feel expensive.
Porcelanosa, Atlas Concorde, Panariagroup and the exclusive Alhambra range. We supply these materials as well as install them.
Travertine, limestone and marble handled, sealed and set correctly. Large-format slabs lifted, bedded and finished with minimal grout.
Mitred external corners with no visible trim. Mosaic and zellige detailing set true. The work that separates a tiler from a craftsman.
Premium materials, prestige homes and the attention to detail your home deserves.

(02) 9567 8971In Australia slip resistance is measured two ways: the P rating (P0-P5) and the R rating (R9-R13). As a working guide, bathroom and ensuite floors suit P3 / R10 or higher, kitchens P4 / R11, and outdoor areas, pool surrounds and steps P5 / R11-R13. During selection we match the right rating to each space and check the exact colour and finish you love carries it, because within a single range a smooth internal tile and its textured external version can test very differently.
A mitre is where two tiles are cut back to 45 degrees and joined so the material appears to wrap the corner, with no metal or plastic trim in sight. It is the premium way to finish a niche, hob, shower return, bath surround or waterfall edge, and it is unforgiving: the cut has to be exact and the substrate square. We mitre as standard on feature work because it is the detail that makes stone read as stone.
Porcelain is the workhorse: dense, low-maintenance and ideal for floors, wet areas and indoor-outdoor flow. Natural stone brings warmth and character but wants sealing and considered placement. Handmade and zellige-look tiles shine as feature walls and splashbacks, while large-format slabs give a seamless, minimal-grout finish. We help you pair the material to how each room is actually used, so it performs as well as it looks.
Measure each area in metres and multiply length × width for the square metres, subtracting any spaces that won't be tiled. Then add a wastage allowance for cuts and offcuts: around 10% for a standard layout, 15% for diagonal or herringbone, and up to 20% for large-format or natural stone. At your consultation we measure precisely and calculate this for you, including a few spares set aside for any future repair.
A single lump sum tells you very little. Ask for it itemised: installation labour, surface preparation and levelling, waterproofing, adhesives and consumables, and who supplies the tiles. Ours are transparent and line-by-line, so you can see exactly what you're paying for and compare like with like.
Yes. All wet-area waterproofing is carried out to AS 3740 and itemised separately, never buried inside the tile price. Tile and grout alone are not waterproof; the membrane beneath them is what protects your home. We document the work so it stands up for insurance and any future sale.
Both. We're a full supply-and-install service with access to premium local and international ranges, but we're equally happy to install materials you've already chosen. Either way it's one team and a single point of accountability, from selection to final clean.
It depends on size, materials and preparation, but as a guide a standard bathroom runs from a few days to around a week once waterproofing cure times are allowed for. Larger or whole-home projects are staged. We map the programme up front, so you know each stage before we begin.
We bring commercial-site discipline home: floor and surface protection, dust containment, and on-tool water suppression so we're not dry-cutting stone in an occupied house. It protects your household's air as much as our crew. Then we hand back a clean, finished space, grout haze removed and stone sealed.
Porcelain is low-maintenance and generally needs no sealing. Natural stone should be sealed on installation and periodically resealed to guard against staining. We seal your stone as part of the job, leave you with simple care guidance, and offer ongoing maintenance and resealing when it's due.
