Design Tiles Commercial proudly presents the Earlwood residence by Ashlar Projects as our flagship project. Recently recognized as a finalist in the Master Builders Association (MBA) Excellence in Housing Awards, this four-level home serves as the benchmark standard for our new division’s craft.
Set within Earlwood, the residence is a contemporary interpretation of a mid-century lifestyle home, designed to prioritise light, flow, and material harmony. Featuring a cohesive material palette that blends large-format terrazzo, Italian-made zellige-look tiles, natural limestone, and resort-style pool mosaics, the architecture unfolds gracefully across its levels to create spaces that feel both considered and effortless through every executed tile fixing detail.
